[ ] Authors, affiliations, contributions and corresponding-author email.
[ ] Approval of the submission by every author.
[ ] Funding, sponsor role, relevant interests and AI assistance disclosed.
[ ] Applicable ethics approval, waiver or determination and trial registration.
[ ] Required patient publication consent confirmed; no signed identifiable consent forms attached.
[ ] Patient identifiers removed from text, images, filenames and file metadata.
[ ] Relevant preprints, prior presentations, related manuscripts and overlapping consideration disclosed.
[ ] Study-appropriate reporting guideline considered: https://www.equator-network.org/reporting-guidelines/
[ ] Short explanation of what limits care, what was evaluated, what the evidence supports and where it may not transfer.
